Marketing Coordinator: (Entry Level)

Responsibilities

The Social Media Marketing Coordinator manages all the social media interactions ON BEHALF of the company’s clients in an effort to give those clients maximum visibility and exposure across multiple platforms. The marketing coordinator will stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans. Day to day, he/she will be responsible for drafting reports, creating or coordinating content, tracking results, and working with project managers on client projects to support marketing strategies. 

Objectives of this Role

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy (for Clients, MI Group, Purpusly) 
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring success
  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, and global contact directory
  • Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Support the Head of Operations in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists 
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possessing a Bachelor’s degree or recent grad in marketing, advertising, or communications (Preferred)
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role required
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience with research using data analytics software required
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills required
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint required

Jr. Project Manager: (Entry Level) 

The Junior Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing operations related to ongoing projects in the company. They are responsible for leading team members in the development and completion of tasks for clients and oversee company projects to make sure they are running as planned.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Operations with coordinating the completion of tasks by maintaining contact with clients and parties involved through email, phone calls, scheduled meeting, and WhatsApp chats, answering questions and concerns, prepare presentations, and enter project data.
  • Develop concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each team member, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project. 
  • Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans and present them to upper-level management before starting the project.
  • Monitors each project to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan. 
  • Gathering and document all project results

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Project management experience
  • Must know/or have working knowledge of project management methodology

Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to be in charge of the organization’s client-related marketing activities ensuring our services are delivered at a professional, world-class standard and consistency. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our client’s market presence and help them find their “voice”.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for content curation and strategy. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Developing content from marketing strategy for new and existing clients
  • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategies including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Direct, manage and coach interns to establish plans, set priorities, execute to achieve marketing objectives, and ensure professional growth.
  • Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented and interns are equipped and prepared to support the marketing team with a broad array of marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager and Project Manager to define marketing materials and programs.
  • Experienced with rich content (gifs, motion graphics etc.) and graphic design concepts.
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition for all clients.
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications for all clients.
  • Work cross functionally with the team to establish clear testing strategies and success metrics (traffic, subscribers, etc) for programs, regularly report progress, and explain how results will inform future direction
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements

Requirements of the role

You will be be managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise. We are seeking a coordinator who is tech savvy and knowledgeable of how to navigate through different event management and social tools. You must have experience with social media, event creation platforms (Eventbrite, Zoom, Calendly) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Slack, Basecamp).

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors

This person will help drive growth and success for clients, partners and subsidiary companies. Most importantly, this role is a vital part of management and development, owning digital strategy for paid channels and media buying. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the agency
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
